Your NASG Health & Wellness Center provides comprehensive acute and primary care services much like an urgent care or family physician office for those NASG employees and their dependents on the NASG health plan. Primary Care/Family Care services include: Annual physicals including adult and child (3 years and older) physicals, school or sports-related physicals, and CDL/DOT physicals, as well as vision screenings. Chronic disease management for conditions such as high blood pressure, cholesterol management, ulcers, anxiety, and other conditions. Proactive health maintenance encouragement and coaching, such as diet, exercise, smoking cessation, and stress management. Medications dispensed at time of visit for most conditions. Acute care visits for new-onset, non-life-threatening medical needs, such as sprains and strains, cold and flu symptoms, and anything you might use an urgent care center to treat. Immunizations such as flu, tetanus, mumps, measles, and rubella. All necessary lab services will be provided at your NASG Health & Wellness Center during normal clinic hours. If you have a lab order from an outside physician or other provider, please keep in mind you can have these completed at your NASG Health & Wellness Center. Your lab results will be sent to the ordering provider. We will have on-site testing for some conditions, such as blood glucose, flu, and strep. Easy access.
